Program Manager, Fellowship & Programs Recruitment

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top science entrepreneurs to Activate programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners, universities, and stakeholders to support outreach.
• Manage the applicant pipeline, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.
• Coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and campus visits, and oversee a seasonal intern.

This role directly supports scientists and engineers in bringing their research to market, enabling the creation of innovative companies that address critical challenges and generate economic growth.

• 4-6 years of program management, fellowship management, or related experience (science, engineering, or fellowship programs a plus).
• Strong event and logistics planning skills; ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Data fluent: can read dashboards, review reports, and use data to inform strategy.
