Program Manager Facility Design, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.)

• Provide program-level leadership across multiple concurrent data center design projects, monitoring performance including schedule, budget, staffing, and risk.
• Support business development and proposal writing for new pursuits, leading preparation of major technical and commercial proposals.
• Serve as a key point of contact for strategic clients, participating in client meetings, presentations, and program reviews.

This role enables the efficient and sustainable design of data centers that power critical digital infrastructure, supporting global connectivity and technological advancement while ensuring responsible resource use.

• Deep experience in managing complex A/E/C programs and supporting major proposal pursuits.
• Highly organized, business-minded leader with ability to drive business performance and operational excellence.
• Experience in hyper-scale data center design projects is strongly preferred.
