Program Manager, Empower & Protect (fully remote)

• Drive implementation of the Empower & Protect program across several key states, managing timelines, supporting implementation, and navigating evolving stakeholder needs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for program participants, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and consistent support.
• Coordinate coaches, trainers, and legal teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of program components.
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking progress, documentation, and continuous improvement.

This role strengthens the operational capacity of social justice organizations, enabling them to execute bold work safely and build power for systemic change, particularly in underserved states.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program management for movement-building organizations.
• Experience with multi-entity and/or state-based movement organizations (501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, political campaigns, PACs).
• Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of methodologies and tools like Asana, Airtable, Google Suite.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Salary: $75,000-$86,000 annually.
