Mission
What you will drive
- Drive implementation of the Empower & Protect program across several key states, managing timelines, supporting implementation, and navigating evolving stakeholder needs.
- Serve as primary point of contact for program participants, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and consistent support.
- Coordinate coaches, trainers, and legal teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of program components.
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking progress, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in program management for movement-building organizations.
- Experience with multi-entity and/or state-based movement organizations (501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, political campaigns, PACs).
- Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of methodologies and tools like Asana, Airtable, Google Suite.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
