Program Manager

• Lead multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities; apply change, risk, and resource management.

This role ensures that projects and programs are completed on time and within budget, contributing to the organization's operational efficiency and ability to deliver its products and services effectively.

• University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Gross Annual Salary Range: 31,700.00 EUR - 43,587.50 EUR. Collaborative and enriching work environment with opportunities to work across functions, countries, and cultures.
