Program Manager

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and within scope.
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, and status reports.
• Manage client relationships and perform risk management to minimize project risks.

This role ensures efficient project delivery in the automotive industry, contributing to the development of reliable and innovative products that can improve transportation sustainability and safety.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Automotive industry experience, including Tier 1 OEM launches.
• APQP and PPAP experience.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
