Program Manager, Anglophone

• Lead and support LEEP's paint programs across multiple countries, managing government engagement, industry assistance, and research initiatives.
• Work with governments and policy-makers to introduce and enforce lead paint regulations.
• Engage with paint manufacturers to support the transition to lead-free products and provide technical assistance.
• Conduct paint studies to gather country-specific data on lead paint exposure.

This role directly reduces lead exposure in developing countries, protecting children's health and cognitive development.

• Experience in program management, policy advocacy, or public health.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
• Knowledge of lead paint issues or environmental health is a plus.
