Program Fellow

• Support grantmaking and lead project management for a large-scale initiative focused on economic opportunity and mobility.
• Conduct research, synthesize data, and produce insights for strategy development and high-quality written documents.
• Manage program meetings, coordinate external partners, and improve systems for tracking progress and impact.

This role directly supports grantmaking and strategy for a $50+ million portfolio aimed at delivering quality careers and economic mobility for workers and families, contributing to poverty reduction in the U.S.

• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years managing complex projects.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment and advance equity values.
