Program Coordinator (Part-time)

• Design curriculum and develop content for ThinkGive's SEL programs.
• Facilitate programs in schools and partner organizations, including online setup, scheduling, and teacher training.
• Support educators by monitoring implementation, gathering feedback, and addressing issues to improve program quality.
• Collect, analyze, and report on student and teacher feedback; maintain records in spreadsheets and project management database.

This role directly supports the delivery of social-emotional learning programs to under-resourced youth, helping build character, confidence, and connection in students ages 5–14.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively independently.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant teaching or student-facing experience.
