Product Owner

• Own employee experience-led product roadmaps and act as the day-to-day decision point for cross-product trade-offs with key stakeholders.
• Interim cover the Digital Employee Support product ownership, setting requirements, frameworks, and roadmap for digital employee support services.
• Support Senior Product Owners for Digital Workplace and Digital Employee Support, focusing on knowledge management and DEX topics.
• Co-develop the knowledge management framework and mature DEX and efficiency metrics.

This role enables Ramboll's 18,000+ colleagues across 35 countries to focus on shaping sustainable societies by providing frictionless digital employee experiences, leveraging AI to improve access to information and support.

• Experience in product management, preferably with employee-facing digital products.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to make cross-product trade-off decisions.
• Familiarity with knowledge management, digital employee experience (DEX), and AI-enabled support.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar support platforms is a plus.
