What you will drive
- Own and prioritise the Product Backlog, ensuring user stories are well defined and meet the agreed Definition of Ready.
- Collaborate with Product/Programme Managers to align delivery with product strategy and roadmap.
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements, providing business context, and guiding sprint goals.
- Coordinate cross‑team delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or BA in financial services technology, ideally within risk, post-trade, or capital markets.
- Strong stakeholder management — able to engage credibly with both engineers and senior business stakeholders.
- Solid grasp of Agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe), including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to decompose complex requirements into well-defined, deliverable user stories.
