Product Manager, Platform

• Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for one or more Platform offerings or cross-cutting capabilities.
• Build tight feedback loops with program teams and engineers to understand real constraints in the field.
• Translate problems into crisp requirements, success metrics, and prioritized backlogs; make explicit tradeoffs across speed, reuse, reliability, and customization.
• Drive onboarding, documentation, enablement, and rollout plans; measure adoption and unblock teams during integration.

This role enables the development of intelligent machinery that helps farmers, construction crews, and foresters implement safer and more sustainable solutions, reducing reliance on scarce labor and increasing profitability.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products.
• Deep understanding of robotics, autonomous systems, and machine learning technologies.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills.
