Product Manager

Core responsibilities for this Product Manager role:

• Lead the complete product lifecycle of assigned products, including authoring Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), prioritization of sustainment activities, and managing Investment Plan (PIP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Work closely with clients to interpret customer requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and use cases
• Develop and execute overall strategy for assigned products alongside cross-functional teams, managing product dependencies and interrelationships to deliver complete customer solutions
• Present to Executive Project Governance Boards for stage gate reviews and Change Controls, and represent Landis+Gyr at industry events and customer meetings

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field); Master's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience with technical role experience related to the Product Segment being led
• Thorough understanding of business fundamentals and proven critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring and developing others, with ability to influence individuals and organizations not under direct reporting relationship
