Product Manager (all genders)

• Manage and coordinate the development of GROPYUS digital products that enable fast and efficient building product design and project planning across the digital value chain.
• Align regularly with stakeholders across departments to translate user needs into product requirements.
• Help manage the vertical’s roadmap in alignment with DBSP Heads, Tech Leads, and software engineering teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and delivery.
• Apply product lifecycle management principles to ensure steady improvement of products in terms of cost, quality, and efficiency.

This role enables the scalable application of GROPYUS's sustainable timber construction system, helping to create affordable, eco-friendly homes and reduce the environmental footprint of the construction industry.

• Product manager with at least 3+ years of experience, ideally with a BSc or MSc; experience with tech products in architecture, engineering, or construction sectors is a plus.
• Experience managing development of innovative, specialized digital tools; familiarity with architectural or engineering planning software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find user-centric solutions to complex problems with multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled communicator with stakeholder management and user communication abilities.
