What you will drive
- Support operational workflows for the Boundless LCA Calculator platform.
- Assist with customer research and feedback synthesis to identify user pain points and workflow improvements.
- Conduct competitive research on SaaS products and sustainability analytics tools.
- Analyze customer and market data to support product positioning and feature prioritization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in SaaS products, product operations, product analytics, or customer insights.
- Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, data systems, or workflow automation is a plus.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
