Product Designer

• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform product design decisions.
• Create user stories, personas, storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems, atomic design libraries, and ensure cohesive user experiences across platforms.
• Champion human-centered design and act as the voice of the user within cross-functional product teams.

• Degree in a Design-related field, formal UX certification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrable commercial experience in Product Design and User Experience across multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android).
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams and using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

Salary from £52,400 per year, plus pension with up to 10% company contribution, 36 days annual leave, holiday purchase scheme, share plans, electric vehicle schemes, cycle to work, and various discounts.
