Product Designer, Arena, Remote

• Design Gray Swan's Arena UI for testing and securing AI systems, translating complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Own work end-to-end, from concept sketches to production-ready specifications.
• Apply visual and persuasive design principles to create engaging flows for technical users.
• Build and maintain UI components, patterns, and visual standards in the design system.

This role directly contributes to the safety and security of AI systems by designing tools that enable rigorous testing and evaluation, helping to mitigate risks from advanced AI.

• Experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to create intuitive interfaces for technical users.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining design systems.
• Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and GTM teams.
