Product & Design Lead

• Own complex, cross-functional product initiatives from discovery to launch
• Identify customer problems, define solutions and drive execution across multiple teams
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, Legal and Leadership
• Define product direction while ensuring a high bar for user experience and design quality

This role directly contributes to the transition from combustion to electric vehicles by shaping the future of e-mobility charging infrastructure, reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable transportation.

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Design or a hybrid Product & Design role
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from problem definition to successful delivery
• Strong customer-first mindset and excellent product judgement
• Strong understanding of UX and product design with the ability to provide direction and constructive feedback
