Procurement Specialist 2 (Sourcing and Purchasing)

• Coordinate with internal project teams, corporate departments, and suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Originate complex Purchase Order Requests and process Change Orders structured and coded in alignment with contract terms and Project Manager’s direction.
• Track order status, expediting as needed, and confirm receipt of product.
• Assist with contract management, negotiations, and supplier performance assessment.

This role supports clean water, safe environment, and healthy communities by ensuring efficient procurement and compliance, enabling the firm to deliver environmental engineering and science solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of related experience or 7 years of related experience preferably in an engineering, procurement, and construction environment.
• Experience in purchasing or subcontracts, including bid, evaluate, award cycle, execution of agreements, changes, price and schedule negotiations, and commercial strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, adapt to change, and work both independently and in a team environment.
