Process Engineer

• Serve as the critical bridge between the Formulation team and contract manufacturing partners, translating formulation knowledge into scalable manufacturing solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize formulas for manufacturability without compromising quality or efficacy, and evaluate excipients and processing aids.
• Troubleshoot scale-up, validation, and production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with Formulation, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Contract Manufacturing teams.

This role directly contributes to reducing single-use plastic waste and CO2 emissions by enabling the production of innovative, plastic-free cleaning products that are safe for families and the planet.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field preferred.
• Experience working as a Process Engineer with powder and liquid formulations.
• Background in household cleaning, personal care, or adjacent consumer products preferred.
• Strong understanding of formulation, scale-up, and manufacturing processes; ability to assess contract manufacturer equipment capabilities and limitations.
