Principal Product Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy from conception through end of life for surveillance and defense products.
• Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and customer engagement to drive product positioning and internal investments.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) process, coordinating with engineering, business development, and marketing teams.
• Develop product roadmaps, manage product lifecycle, and coordinate pricing strategy.

This role directly supports critical missions for warfighters, first responders, and search-and-rescue teams by developing advanced surveillance and defense technologies that enhance safety and save lives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 12 years experience (or 8 years with Master’s).
• Proven track record managing programs with challenging technical, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Strong knowledge of US Government procurement practices; familiarity with DOD/MIL standards.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
