What you will drive
- Lead complex sustainability consulting projects, managing budgets, performance, risk, and governance.
- Provide deep expertise in mandatory and voluntary sustainability strategy, implementation, and disclosure (e.g., AASB S2, ISSB S1, GRI, SASB).
- Drive business development by identifying and converting new client opportunities, preparing winning proposals.
- Mentor junior staff and manage a team of consultants.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of experience in sustainability or related field, most recently at Project Director level.
- Proven track record in client and project management, including scoping, budgeting, and delivery.
- Strong business development skills with a history of winning competitive projects.
- Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
