What you will drive
- Lead the creation of safety frameworks for end-to-end robotics initiatives, ensuring trust in autonomous systems through rigorous validation and verification.
- Derive technical safety requirements and provide clear execution paths for engineering teams.
- Conduct risk assessments, lead safety reviews, and establish safety requirements for autonomous ground vehicles.
- Work with data infrastructure to identify data and tools needed to monitor and quantify real-world fleet performance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience including risk assessment/management and product/functional safety.
- 3+ years of experience developing safety-critical electronic and embedded systems.
- Experience conducting risk assessments for autonomous ground vehicles and safety reviews (HARA, STPA, FMEA, etc.).
- BS in Electromechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
