Principal Architect

• Lead designer responsibilities within a multidiscipline team for Justice sector projects including MoJ, Courts, and Home Office.
• Produce and coordinate design information through all RIBA Stages using REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Prepare, review, and approve drawings, specifications, and reports ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Mentor less experienced team members and support fee proposals and bids.

This role contributes to the delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant justice facilities that support the effective functioning of the legal system and rehabilitation.

• Proven experience as a Principal Architect in the Justice sector, specifically with MoJ and dormitory accommodation.
• Strong REVIT capability (preferred) and AutoCAD knowledge (essential).
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills and understanding of construction documentation.
• Experience working within Common Data Environments (CDEs) and ability to obtain SC clearance.
