Mission

What you will drive

  • Perform power system impact studies including steady state, short circuit, and dynamic stability analysis.
  • Conduct NERC-compliance-related technical analyses and generator interconnection studies.
  • Prepare technical study reports and ensure renewable/storage projects meet voltage ride-through requirements.
  • Participate in ERCOT working group meetings and manage project timelines and quality.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (power systems emphasis preferred).
  • 2-4+ years of experience as a power systems engineer.
  • Experience with power systems software such as PSS/E, PSCAD, Aspen, and TARA.
  • Strong technical report writing and communication skills.
