Mission
What you will drive
- Lead compliance with all covenants, reporting obligations, and deliverables under corporate credit facilities, project-level debt, and tax equity agreements.
- Manage and execute draw requests under construction loan facilities and oversee the process of adding new distributed energy projects into existing financing structures.
- Oversee the Companyโs insurance program across the project portfolio and corporate level, ensuring all policies meet requirements under financing agreements.
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact and liaison with the Companyโs insurance broker and coordinate with lenders, tax equity investors, and third-party advisors.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in project finance, asset management, or portfolio management within energy, infrastructure, or IPP platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with tax equity structures, construction financing, and project-level debt.
- Experience managing compliance and reporting under complex financing agreements.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills preferred.

Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000 plus bonus and incentive stock options.
