Policy and Partnerships Manager

• Establish and manage long-term relationships with city staff, elected officials, community organizations, and advocacy groups.
• Liaise with partners to establish program rules that benefit Veo's local operations and financial sustainability.
• Identify and cultivate new market leads to expand Veo's service to new cities.
• Advise operations team on compliance and contribute strategy for market retention and growth.

This role directly advances Veo's mission to end car dependency by expanding access to clean micromobility, reducing carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable urban transportation.

• 3-5 years of experience in public-private partnerships, urban/transportation planning, politics, urban development, or relevant law/policy.
• Juris Doctor (JD) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing community partnerships and navigating city agencies.
• Strong proposal writing, communication, and interpersonal skills; SQL and data analysis skills a bonus.

• Base salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 + annual performance bonus (total comp up to $138,000)
