Policy Analyst

• Conduct evidence-based policy analysis and research to advance health equity through equitable laws and policies.
• Produce high-quality written products such as fact sheets, policy guides, toolkits, and model policies.
• Provide technical assistance and develop interactive trainings for partners including government agencies, community organizations, and policymakers.

This role creates positive change by using law and policy to dismantle oppressive systems and address root causes of health inequities, ultimately creating healthier communities for all.

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in public health or policy.
• Experience conducting qualitative or quantitative research, policy analysis, or policy evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex policy issues for a lay audience and strong attention to detail.
• Strongly preferred: Graduate degree (MPH, MPP, MPA, MSW) and experience with marginalized communities.

Full-time, exempt position for a fixed term of two years; starting salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 per year. ChangeLab Solutions offers a competitive compensation program centered on equity and inclusion. Virtual-first workplace with travel costs covered for periodic in-person meetings.
