Platform Analyst

• Support Civic Nation hub teams in the management, optimization, and adoption of HubSpot and related platforms, ensuring accurate data collection and clean reporting.
• Create, maintain, and improve HubSpot workflows, automations, properties, lists, and reporting processes for effective tracking and evaluation.
• Manage HubSpot Membership modules, including audience segmentation, membership tracking, and engagement reporting.
• Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks using UTM parameters and attribution standards across digital marketing, email, advertising, and partner campaigns.

This role ensures accurate data collection and reporting, enabling Civic Nation to effectively track, measure, and report on organizational impact, supporting programs that strengthen civic culture and participation.

• 1+ years of experience in a nonprofit or political environment supporting data management, digital campaigns, or CRM operations.
• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot required.
• Preferred experience with CRM management, email marketing, workflows, reporting, and audience segmentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

The salary for this position is $65,000-$72,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
