Mission
What you will drive
- Build and manage paid performance channels across search, social, and display to hit CAC and ROI targets
- Design and maintain tracking, reporting processes, and dashboards across all digital channels with real-time performance metrics
- Manage external agencies and freelancers for creative, paid media, and design projects while owning vendor relationships and budgets
- Audit and refine the digital customer journey from click to conversion and support website optimization using A/B testing frameworks

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital performance marketing or growth marketing
- Proven success managing paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) with clear ROI
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), and paid media platforms
- Deep understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and lead routing with strong analytical skills
