Performance Analyst

• Serve as the key source of truth for understanding how well flexible assets are performing, quantifying and communicating strengths and weaknesses to influence strategy.
• Build and maintain reporting and monitoring tools to assess optimization performance, covering automated algo strategies and human trader decision making.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of strategies to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, translating complex findings into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in performance measurement, and assist in researching market trends and competitor activity.

This role directly accelerates the transition to a Net Zero world by optimizing energy flexibility assets, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and enabling greater integration of renewables into the grid.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working confidently with large and complex datasets in data-heavy environments.
• Practical experience doing quantitative/statistical work with Python.
• Familiarity with git, CI/CD tools, and SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with a curious and proactive mindset.
