People & Finance Systems Developer

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered workflows using modern agentic LLMs (Anthropic, Gemini) to transform People and Finance operations.
• Partner closely with stakeholders in People and Finance teams to understand challenges, build solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
• Integrate AI capabilities into tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace.
• Be an advocate for AI adoption across People and Finance, helping the team build confidence and use it effectively and responsibly.

This role directly enables Kaluza's mission to transform energy management by leveraging AI to improve internal operations, making People and Finance teams more efficient and effective, which in turn supports the company's broader climate impact.

• Practical experience building systems, tools, or automations.
• Hands-on curiosity about AI with experience using modern LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) to build workflows, tools, or agents.
• Comfortable connecting systems and automating workflows through APIs.
• Genuine interest in how People and Finance operations work, with a desire to understand the bigger picture.

Salary: £45,600 - £60,000 per year.
