  • Design, develop, and deploy AI workflows using modern LLMs (Anthropic, Gemini) to transform internal People and Finance operations.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace via APIs and modern integration tooling.
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand problems, build prototypes, and iterate on feedback.
  • Champion responsible AI use, helping colleagues use AI effectively and safely with attention to data privacy.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Degree in Computer Science or closely related technical field.
  • 1-2 years of commercial experience in software development, systems engineering, or technical role.
  • Comfort connecting systems and manipulating data via REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experimentation with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini).
  • Foundational understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.
