What you will drive
- Own and improve core People & Culture programs including onboarding, performance management, engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
- Partner with managers to navigate employee challenges, develop teams, and build high-performing organizations.
- Design, launch, and scale people programs that enhance learning, engagement, communication, and culture as the company grows.
- Use employee feedback, organizational data, and sound judgment to continuously refine the employee experience.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-8+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related field.
- Demonstrated success designing and leading initiatives that improve how organizations develop, engage, or support their people.
- Experience partnering with managers and senior leaders on complex people and organizational challenges.
- Experience in an early-stage, high-growth, or venture-backed company is a plus.
