People Business Partner (GTM)

• Provide strategic HR advisory to GTM leaders, translating business needs into people solutions.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring to optimize global delivery.
• Drive performance management, talent lifecycle, and leadership development.
• Analyze people metrics to influence executive decisions and drive engagement.

This role accelerates the global transition to clean energy by ensuring PVcase has the high-performance talent and leadership needed to scale its solar software platform, which powers over 4 TW of projects annually.

• Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (GTM fluency).
• Experience managing remote/international teams and knowledge of global labor standards.
• Ability to coach high-energy managers into world-class people leaders.
• Strong data analytics and strategic storytelling skills.

Salary ranges: Lithuania: €53,700-€77,200; Spain: €56,800-€81,700; Germany: €80,000-€115,000; UK: £59,200-£85,100.
