Patient Care Coordinator | $15/hour | 6/11/26

• Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members to address healthcare needs.
• Provide 24/7 triage support and assign priority for Registered Nurse health advice.
• Assist members with insurance inquiries, benefit claims, appeals, and authorizations.
• Help members navigate healthcare services including changing PCPs, locating urgent care, and obtaining prescription authorizations.

This role directly supports patients in accessing timely healthcare, reducing barriers to care, and improving health outcomes through compassionate, efficient coordination.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience (e.g., medical front office, PBX/911 operator, medical assistant, nursing assistant).
• Strong computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and empathy skills.
