Partnerships Manager

• Build strong relationships and manage requests for assigned RS Network Partner Organizations across HR, Finance, Compliance, and Technology departments.
• Coordinate grants, contracts, and canvass programs for multiple organizations.
• Lead special projects to improve department systems and processes.
• Supervise team members and support department development.

This role strengthens the infrastructure for grassroots social justice organizations, enabling them to focus on building power and fighting for justice in working-class communities of color.

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinating meetings or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trust and positive relationships.
• Problem-solver who can adapt in a dynamic environment and take initiative.

Full-time position with annual salary between $75,000 - $90,000. Competitive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off. Remote work option available; if local, in-person at downtown Oakland office at least 2 days per week preferred.
