Partnerships Manager, Party At The Polls

• Support the Managing Director of Partnerships and Organizing in managing and growing a coalition of national organizations committed to expanding voter participation through Party at the Polls.
• Lead outreach and cultivation of prospective partners whose values and audiences align with the program's mission and target voter universe.
• Coordinate coalition convenings, partner calls, and engagement touchpoints, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up communications.
• Work cross-functionally with Organizing, Communications, and Operations teams to align partner activations with program strategy and timelines.

This role helps build and steward a coalition that transforms voting into a community celebration, increasing voter participation and closing the race and age voting gaps, thereby strengthening democratic engagement.

• 3+ years of professional experience in partnerships, coalition management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with national organizations, including stewarding existing partnerships and cultivating new ones.
• Experience supporting the development of partnership agreements, MOUs, or joint work plans.
• Strong relationship-building skills and excellent written communication skills.

The salary for this position is $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
