Mission
What you will drive
- Own contractor engagement by building deep relationships and helping them navigate rebate programs.
- Train and enable contractors on program requirements and Sealed's software through presentations and one-on-one guidance.
- Monitor contractor performance, ensure compliance, and problem-solve creatively to drive program volume.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program operations.
- Experience working with construction professionals, contractors, or home services businesses (ideally HVAC, weatherization, electrical, or plumbing).
- Experience training others, both one-on-one and in group settings.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoHo, etc.).
