Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage all awarded grant files, agreements, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
  • Create and maintain a master grant tracking system including award amounts, approved uses, reporting dates, and documentation needs.
  • Prepare reimbursement packets and grant reports, and coordinate with bookkeeping to ensure proper expense coding.
  • Monitor deliverables such as marketing outcomes, attendance data, and funder-required metrics.

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience managing nonprofit, tourism, arts, cultural, event, government, or community grant funding.
  • Strong knowledge of grant compliance, reporting, restricted funds, reimbursement documentation, and budget tracking.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets, receipts, invoices, and reporting forms.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with leadership, funders, vendors, and bookkeeping support.
