PaintCare Program Coordinator for Maine and Vermont

• Oversee PaintCare operations in Maine and Vermont, including regular in-person visits to paint retailers, reuse stores, and waste facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and recruit new drop-off sites.
• Plan and facilitate paint collection events, process large volume pick-ups, and distribute outreach materials.

This role directly supports the recycling and proper disposal of leftover paint, reducing environmental harm and promoting sustainable waste management practices in Maine and Vermont.

• Experience with product stewardship or hazardous waste programs preferred.
• Familiarity with paint products, retail operations, and public speaking.
• Ability to work independently from home and travel extensively within the state.
• Valid state driver's license and proficiency with office software required.

Full-time position with salary range $65,000 to $80,000. Benefits include 401(k), vacation days, medical, dental, life insurance, and reimbursement for travel expenses.
