OTS Materials & Contracting Coordinator (Remote)

• Coordinate issuance of RFPs/RFQs and contracts with integrators and MET vendors for all active projects.
• Maintain datasheet repository, review project drawings against BOM, and create/execute/track equipment orders.
• Monitor OTS accounts (cradle point, ATT/Verizon, Starlink) and provide material/pricing updates to estimating.

This role supports the deployment of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, directly contributing to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure and the transition to a cleaner energy grid.

• Minimum 2 years of utility-scale solar industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and exhibits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI) and project management tools (MS Project, P6, Smartsheet).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; cost tracking and budget management.
