Operations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day organizational operations, project management, people operations, finance administration, and organizational planning.
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure, policies, and systems to support a growing team.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Coordinate with fiscal sponsor on financial activity, budgeting, and compliance.

• 5+ years of operations, project management, nonprofit management, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
