What you will drive
- Oversee core operational functions including finance, human resources, administration, compliance, and technology for Civic TN and Action TN.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance with nonprofit regulations.
- Support board management, human resources, and IT systems to ensure organizational excellence.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years experience in financial management, operations, and compliance with multi-entity organizations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets of $1–$3 million.
- Demonstrated commitment to racial and gender equity and experience working with underrepresented communities.
- Experience with CRM databases (EveryAction, Salesforce, etc.), accounting software (QuickBooks), and Google Suite preferred.
