Operations Manager: Fundraising and Personnel

• Lead and expand fundraising efforts, including donor stewardship, grant management, and campaign execution.
• Oversee personnel operations such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Maintain and improve organizational systems, workflows, and project management processes to support efficiency and cross-team collaboration.

This role directly strengthens the infrastructure and funding of an organization dedicated to preventing sexual violence systemically, enabling broader policy change and institutional reform.

• 2+ years of experience in fundraising, donor management, event planning, or grant writing.
• Strong relationship building, outreach, and partnership development skills.
• Experience with project management, task delegation, and maintaining organizational systems.
• Bachelor's degree or two additional years of full-time work experience.

Pay: $25 per hour. Time: 30-35 hours per week. Mostly virtual with occasional in-person meetings. Flexible accommodations for language, disability, childcare, and other needs.
