Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee organizational compliance and provide expert administrative support for a growing multi-state team.
- Manage the remote office, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Plan and coordinate national and international meetings and events, handling all logistics.
- Serve as first point of contact for the public and manage recruiting processes from drafting job descriptions to onboarding.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 3-5 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and non-profit compliance needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to organize and manage multiple projects, and attention to detail.
