Operations Intern, Fellow Selection

• Support the execution of the application and selection process for the next cohort of fellows.
• Administer the application system, support applicants, and organize data related to the selection process.
• Document procedures, draft training materials, and monitor selection data.

This role helps select and support scientists and engineers who turn discoveries into real-world impact, accelerating hard tech innovation and commercialization.

• Top-notch organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage complex projects using project management software (e.g., Asana).
• Comfortable with data management, including data visualization and analysis, and tools like Google Suite, Airtable, or Survey Monkey Apply.
• Team player who can work independently.

Paid internship at $23.00/hour, 40 hours per week, from August 1, 2026 to December 15, 2026. Remote work available, with preference for Bay Area, Boston, New York, or Houston.
