Mission

What you will drive

  • Process accounts payable, vendor payments, and staff expense submissions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff questions about Google Workspace, shared drives, and SaaS tools.
  • Build and own the grants calendar, tracking reporting deadlines and deliverables across the funder portfolio.
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for staff convenings, off-sites, and national meetings.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Two or more years of experience in operations, administration, finance, or a related function, ideally in a nonprofit setting.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a track record of keeping complex processes organized.
  • Comfort with numbers and basic accounting concepts; experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
