Operations Associate

• Drive recruiting coordination: manage interview scheduling, ATS hygiene, candidate communications, and cross-functional coordination across active searches.
• Own the SF office experience: manage vendors, supplies, and day-to-day details to create an intentional in-person culture.
• Power People Operations: own onboarding/offboarding coordination, HRIS data accuracy, benefits administration support, and build reliable workflows using AI.
• Scale Corporate Operations: partner with Leadership to run All Hands, company offsites, internal communications, and more.

This role directly supports the scaling of Patch's platform, which moves hundreds of millions of dollars annually to credible climate and environmental projects, enabling unified climate action and rebalancing the planet.

• 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, or a master's degree.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a consistent track record of following through on execution-heavy work.
• Resourceful self-starter who identifies what needs to happen and makes it happen without being asked.
• Communicates clearly and builds trust across functions; comfortable context-switching between strategic projects and hands-on logistics.
