Online Membership Associate (Paid Ads Specialist)

• Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok to grow the Center's online membership base and donations.
• Support campaign setup, quality assurance, budget pacing, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Assist with creative production including light graphic design, video formatting, and asset versioning for paid and organic campaigns.
• Maintain campaign infrastructure such as tracking links, UTMs, pixels, and tags, and help identify new distribution opportunities.

This role directly supports the Center for Biological Diversity's mission to protect endangered species and wild places by growing the online membership base and donations, enabling more effective advocacy, legal action, and public engagement for biodiversity conservation.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, digital marketing, fundraising, or related field.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze campaign performance.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, project management tools, and campaign documentation.

Salary range: $57,000 - $65,000 annually.
