Online Fundraising Assistant

• Contribute to ideation and planning for email and mobile fundraising, and broader online fundraising strategy.
• Draft and revise copy for email and mobile channels, and execute quality assurance of deployed products.
• Pull regular stats and reports on performance across online fundraising channels.
• Assist with developing and maintaining online subprograms such as recurring donor recruitment, mid-level, acquisition, reactivation, and membership.

This role helps grow the DLCC's base of supporters and maximize donor engagement, directly contributing to winning Democratic majorities in state legislatures and advancing progressive policies that protect fundamental freedoms and build an economy for all.

• At least one year of digital experience on a campaign, committee, or mission-oriented organization, including online fundraising, social media, or digital organizing.
• Excellent writing skills and strong communication skills.
• Experience with CRM technology such as ActionNetwork and ActBlue; basic HTML/CSS experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in rapid-response moments.

Salary: $61,000 annually.
